The same thing using Redi-whip (which is real cream) has only 85 calories and the worst ingredient in the whip is the corn syrup. At least it isn't all artificial. Submitted by:

there is a cool whip alternative it is called true whip it might add a few more calories to what you are making but well worth it. WalMart sells it. Submitted by:
