Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The oven roasted asparagus was delicious. My son loved it, too. I usually steam it and put margarine on it but this was so tasty. I used Mrs. Dash and a little sea salt for the seasoning and I kept it in the oven 5 more minutes. It was still crisp. I would recommend it to everyone I know.
Thanks so easy to fix, I usually don't eat asparagus that often because of the taste, but this was great. I will fix it again. Also liked the nutritional values of it.
