Introduction

Fresh asparagus roasted until tender crisp. Fresh asparagus roasted until tender crisp.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    15 small asparagus spears, trimmed
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp black or seasoned pepper
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp margoram

Directions

Wash and trim asparagus and place in 8x8 glass baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with spices and roll in dish to coat. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes or until tender crisp. Yields 3 servings.
