Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this again today for a sweet snack after lunch. I didn't use sugar but I did add in some coconut flakes (although, next time I will toast them first). I love this snack idea! Plus I have a giant container of ricotta that I need to use up.
This is good. Satisfied my YEARNING for something "Cool. creamy and chocolate" I used 1 pak Splenda, no sugar. Used my immersion blender in a coffee mug. Worked fine and ate from the mug, saved cleaning another dish. LOL Will try with a pinch of instant coffee next time, don't have expresso powder.
This reminded me a lot of chocolate ice cream or frozen yogurt. Yum! Still tastes very good with fat-free ricotta and Splenda instead of sugar.
