These were good, but not great. Next time I'll try them without the salt (too salty), and I may puree the mixture first. I didn't think they tasted like pancakes, but they were good.
sounds yummy can't wait to make them. but I wonder if I could omit the salt? Anyone know? I don't use salt for anything only what is naturally in the foods.
I see the remarks fo rthe pancakes..they should have been names crepes and left out the salt. I ahve used fresh fruit or warmed fruit, syrup...I love these but I love crepes
