Excellent...we eate every bite. one thing we did different was to chop the chicken into smaller pieces, before marinating and we added a couple of our home grownh jalepeno peppers for spice, with a little sugar free honey to offset the sting. Thanks for a great recipe.
I was born in Hawaii and have eaten my fair share of chicken and I gotta tell you this is tops!!! If you can spare the extra calories use thighs and legs, it enhances the flavor even more.
