Very good. Made half: 1 c steel cut oats, 2 c water, 1/2 c skim milk, 2 Tbsp br. sugar, 1.5 tsp vanilla ext. and 1/2 c pineapple tidbits. I soaked oats in water & milk overnight, brought to hot and simmered 1 hr, added pineapple, sugar, & vanilla. =3 c cooked = six 1/2c serv=140cal each.
