i love zucchini and yellow squash and have been sauteeing them since i began cooking. but using the low-fat olive oil, and the NO SALT/MSG seasonings really do make the recipe better-and lighter!
Excellent! I added garlic powder, salt and LOTS of fresh basil. Just before serving, I added more fresh basil to enhance the smell (and flavor) -- LOVED it!!
