    1 yellow squash
    1 cup onion sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp basil or Italian seasoning


Slice the zucchini and onion.
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Add zucchini, onion and seasoning.
Saute until cooked.

    i love zucchini and yellow squash and have been sauteeing them since i began cooking. but using the low-fat olive oil, and the NO SALT/MSG seasonings really do make the recipe better-and lighter! - 8/25/09

    Excellent! I added garlic powder, salt and LOTS of fresh basil. Just before serving, I added more fresh basil to enhance the smell (and flavor) -- LOVED it!! - 9/6/07
