Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Saw this in other Spark recipes and it lived up to all the high recommend comments that I read. Works well, too for my low carb hubby who doesn't do fruit all that often. One recommend - a pretty, clear pie plate makes this sparkle and look good, too.
Sounds good but I avoid sugar-free products.
I felt like I was at Shoney's eating the strawberry pie that I loved so much. It was heavenly and not sinfully full of calories.
this is a low calorie knock off of a local restaurant's Fresh Strawberry Pie. That is one of my favorite desserts, of course thiers is made with sugar and topped with real sweetened whipped cream. I think I like this one better, I put lite cool whip on it adding 20 calories. Yummm
It is so hard to find a good low calorie dessert. This REALLY hits the spot. Even when you go back for another slice you aren't doing too much damage;) Loved it!!!
Just a note for those making it for the first time, I sliced my strawberries to thick. I think diced would be best;)
We really loved this. Couldn't find small boxes of anything, so I had to guesstimate, but it turned out pretty good. Used frozen strawberries and topped it off with the sugar free Cool Whip. Yummmm.
