My 14 year old loved it as well. Shared here at work and was asked, "Are you sure there's no added sugar in this?" A suggestion made to me, which I haven't tried was to make this and put it over a white cake or pound cake. Enjoyed this recipe. Thank you.

What a refreshing dessert! I didn't miss the crust at all. Top it with some fat free whipped cream and you really think you're eating something you shouldn't! I loved it.
family loved it! Making it again for easter on sunday .. Going to crush some animal crackers to make a light crust and added banana.. will add to calories but still very light!
