Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Good calorie amount.
Wonderful recipe. I also added some additional fiber with chia seeds. I used a whole egg and subbed in Swerve for the (nominal) amount of sugar. The kids love these.
Enjoyed these muffins. Just the right size abd number of calories. Thank you
sounds yum. i'll try with added flax, a sugar sub and possibly the whole egg.
Nice to eat a 100 calorie muffin
a great treat for 100 calories
Really good muffins! They don't even taste non-fat!
The calories are great but are mostly carbs from white flour and sugar. Something my doctor doesn't recommend.
I know that i have not tried this recipe yet but you have it listed as a 100 calorie muffin but yet in the nutrition section it shows that the calorie count is 102.8 you need to correct that and give the actual calorie count were as not to confuse people you go by calorie count for loosing weight.
I don't normally make a recipe that has this many ingredients, but I had everything except the blueberries on hand. These are so tasty and filling. I followed the recipe except I accidently put in whole eggs instead of just the whites and added 1/4 cup flaxseed for extra fiber. Love them!!!!
loved this recipe but I used two smashed bananas instead of applesauceand used 1 tbs sugar and the egg whites I beat to a firm peak then folded the in I got ahead of myself on that one but they were nice and fluffy
I used brown sugar and 3/4 cup raisins instead. I must be too generous with the scoop because my batch made 9 instead of 12 muffins, but they are very good!
Why is it when you go in to modify the recipe, the ingredients and measurements are different? Whole wheat flour? I subbed the egg whites with 1/2 cup egg substitute. I was surprised to see less sugar, salt, and the whole wheat flour listed as the calculated ingredients.
Very good, but the calorie count is off. It was based on the oats having been cooked with water, which this doesn't call for. 1 cup cooked is 145 calories, but 1 cup not cooked is 607, which is 38 extra calories per muffin. It is also based on whole wheat flour, which this doesn't call for.
Absolutely perfect. Great for you!! Substituted oats for maple oatmeal, and added 1/3 of a cup of sugar, and whole wheat flour (1 and 1/4 cup) and fresh blueberries. So darn good! Will be making again!
Very good low calorie filling muffin! Do not make with cupcake liners they are VERY sticky :)
Made a lot of changes. Used whole wheat flour, quick oats, one whole egg + one egg white, honey instead of sugar, vanilla unsweetened almond milk instead of water and fresh blueberries. Came out GREAT!!! Also, I baked at 350 for 22 minutes.
