Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is a good recipe but i really feel it needs more banana. Next time we make it we will use 2 or 3 bananas instead of one. It tasted like a plain muffin. My husband is a chef & he said one banana for 12 muffins is a little low. the additional 1 or 2 bananas will only add about 20 calories each
