Tasty! I also added mushrooms and cut it back to 2 servings: 2 ounces of nonfat cream cheese, 1 clove of garlic, 1/4 cup of 2% milk, 1 mozzarella cheese stick cut up in chunks, 1/8 cup of a 3 cheese blend (parmesan, romano and asiago). Perfect portion! Submitted by:

It does take a while to get the cream cheese and butter to blend, but it is an amazing sauce and so low fat (compared to the traditional recipe!) A must have for alfredo lovers!! Submitted by:
