Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This really is a lovely cake. I used sugar instead of splender (0.75 of a cup would do it), grated apple instead of apple sauce, and pecans instead of hazelnuts (that's what I had in the cupboard!). Calories per slice increased to 300, but I'll still be making this again!!
