Instead of the full fat Cheddar Cheese Cubes I use 1/2 Cup Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese. feel free to use low fat Italian Dressing. 1/2 cup of this salad is 2 Weight Watcher Points

I love pepperoni but am allergic to the fat that's in them. Let's try these! This is only 1/2 whole wheat to keep the crust somewhat light and chewy.
An idea popped into my head and I made these based on what I had on hand. I'd like to try it again with a reduced fat crescent roll and reduced fat cheese. If you've got the stats to spend though, I think this is a good one to try!
Admittedly, the sodium is quite high in this... but there is no better way to satisfy a pizza craving without breaking the diet. . . it also offers a whopping 16 grams of fiber...!
