Organic Overnight Oatmeal
A simple, delicious, filling breakfast that is quicker than fast food...after you have cooked it in the crock pot overnight!
This oatmeal can be made in a tiny, "dip" type crockpot like the Crock-Pot Lil Dipper. If you do not have one, try making it in a bowl placed in 1-2 inches of water which fits inside a larger crockpot.
You can use other berries, apples, or walnuts for this recipe--but make sure you adjust the calories accordingly. I use cranberries because they are healthy and low in calories.
