Ingredients

    1/3 cup quick oats
    1/3 cup milk
    3 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tbsp spreadable lite butter
    1/2 cup strawberries (or any fruit)

Directions

Mix oats, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk in a small container. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Heat in microwave about 1 minute, and serve with butter.

Serve with fruit (strawberries, banana, blueberries, etc.).

Overnight oats keep well in the refrigerator for up to five days. So, prepare your oats on Sunday night, and you’ll have breakfast covered for the workweek.
