Ingredients

    Crust:
    1-1/2 C. All-Purpose Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
    1/2 tbs Active Dry Yeast
    1/2 C. Warm Water
    1 tbs Canola Oil

    Sauce:
    2 tbs BBQ Sauce

    Toppings:
    51 Slices Turkey Pepperoni
3 oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 Small Can Sliced Olives

Directions

Crust:
Combine flour, salt, oregano, and sugar in a small bowl. In a medium bowl, stir yeast with water until dissolved. Add oil and dry ingredients. Stir together until dough is formed. Kneed on lightly floured surface for about 3 minutes. Form ball, then place in lightly oiled bowl and roll to give light coat around dough. Cover and let rise about 1 hour. Roll into desired shape/size.

Preheat oven to 375.

Spread the sauce and toppings evenly over crust.

Cook on middle rack approximately 15-20 minutes, checking for desired level of crispiness.
