Replace soy sauce with Braggs Liquid Aminos and that will cut way down on the sodium. It tastes a lot like soy sauce.
I tried this recipe this weekend over steak tips. It was great! It was so easy to make and tasted delicious, even with low sodium soy sauce! Thank you!
Using reduced sodium soy would help cut down on the sodium. I also add sliced green onions, sesame seeds and sometimes chopped cilantro.
