Chicken Tetrazzini Recipes

Traditionally, tetrazzini is made with spaghetti. But I've replaced that with a more substantial noodle like rotini to hold up to the sturdy dish. Goes wonderfully with steamed spinach, garlic breadsticks and lemononade butter cake for desert.

This is my modified / healthier version of Giada De Laurentiis' chicken tetrazzini (from the food network)

This is a fun and easy recipe that the whole family will enjoy. Fix a nice green salad and some crusty bread to go along with it.... You can really do this one as healthy as you want.

Slightly tweeked to make it more Keto friendly, still needs a little more lowering of the carbs.
