Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I haven't tried this yet. But will. But wanted to say to cut down on calories even more, I have found Healthy Life Enlish muffins which are only 50 cal. I also found the same brand in bread for white and wheat which is 35 cal a slice.
If you cut back to fat-free kraft and use Arnolds Sandwich Thins instead of the english muffin, you'd get the same great taste but way less calories :-)
