Nutrition & Calorie Comments

It was pretty good, I used five egg whites instead of four full eggs because that was just too much cholesterol for me. It tasted good, and I didn't even need to add salt!
WOW the Cholesterol is 2 times what I'm supposed to have for the entire day! and the sodium is about half of the entire day. Sounds yummy but I'll have to pass.
Delish! I used a reduced fat swiss cheese instead of the Laughing Cow. Just melted it on top. Great new way for me to enjoy some of my favs: salmon, spinach, and swiss.
This recipe is rich and yummy! Okay, so I substituted deli-sliced white American cheese (shiver!) for the swiss, and I added an extra egg white to half the given recipe, but it was just yummy, filling, and protein-packed. No salt necessary with the smoked salmon and cheese in it!!! A keeper!
Great Recipe! Substitute Fat-Free Plain Yogurt (mix in some fresh dill into the yogurt) for an even healthier alternative!
This was wonderful. Great blend of tastes. Smoked salmon is often paired with dill and sour cream, but the eggs and spinach. WOW. An elegant, but easy breakfast. Filling and less than 300 calories. Great recipe.
