Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I am following Dr. K's 14 day program and needed a good low-sugar, low-carb breakfast and this fits the bill. It tastes great too! Thanks!!!
Great way to add veggies for breakfast. For those of you (me,too) who find the texture of kale a bit fiberius, steam for 10 mins first.
I liked this, next time I am going to add some shallots. I wrapped the thing in a carb free wrap and added hot sauce.
