Loved this. Had a very bright, fresh taste. I used one of the 2.6 oz packets of salmon, so I scaled the quantities of everything back and got just enough to give me a few servings of a quick protein snack. My picky husband won't touch salmon so I'm thinking of trying with tuna as well.
