Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

These are very good, I was impressed. The only problem is they were a bit crumbly. I think it's from the wheat flour, next time I might substitute half wheat flour, half white flour to see if it corrects that problem. But definitely a very yummy, sugar-free, "healthy" cookie!
