tastes okay made it with sugar instead of splenda because splenda is bad for you....but added extra cuke and extra vinaigrette to the mix so could be sure there would be enough to go around at my daughters birthday party cookout tomorrow! We are having this as a side dish to the cookout!
Very Cool,Crisp,Crunchy and tasty! Reminds me of the Vinegrette my mother use to make when we were young. I loved it. Will definitely be making it again.
I did use sugar a little less than 1/4 cup in mine as I don't use splenda.
