Really good. I also frequently use frozen bananas instead of ice and add 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed meal for Omega-3s. You could also add a scoop of protein powder to make this a complete meal. (no honey needed in such case) This is only "high" in calories if treated as an "extra" in your diet!
