Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I checked the recipe and now understand the reason for the calorie count. The breakdown for an individual serving is 8 oz. of pork..... that is almost 3 servings for me.
I pressure cooked this recipe last night. It took about 20 minutes on 10 lbs of pressure. It was very tender and the sauce was as good as the verde at my favorite Mexican Restaurant. I got the recipe from Simply Recipes on line. I'm a little amazed at the calorie count.
