This is yummy......I didn't have any Cayenne pepper on hand so I used a Tbsp or so of chili powder. As for the comment about slimy meat......perhaps you used a really fatty cut of pork? I bought a pork shoulder and trimmed almost all the visible fat.....not slimy at all! I will make this again!
This was really good and so easy! It got a little messy when I tried to shred, but that was really the only drawback. We served this on low carb flower tortillas with melted monterrey jack cheese, sour cream, guac, salsa and black beans. Even picky kids loved it. Needed a little salt.
