I liked this. It was easy to cook and everything. I would just say not to use the sun dried tomatoes, unless you can get a kind without salt. And use less kale. But yummy. Submitted by:

This was fantastic! Kale is not the stand out flavor so it is a good way to get the nutrition bonus of this very versatile veggie. I didn't have the sun dried tomatoes so I sautéed Campari tomatoes with the onions. I will make this often for sure. Submitted by:
