Crock Pot Breakfast Recipe
This recipe is from spark people recipes but I used half fresh eggs and half egg substitute. I also used Mr. Dell's Shredded Hash Browns (frozen 30 oz.) It is pure potato with no additives.Due to the high sodium in the ham I used a mild turkey sausage. I did the math for 12 servings and it came to 179.7 vs. 238. The sodium in my version is 322.5 vs 748 in theirs. 8 servings brings the calories to 269.5 which works for my family. I also used rice milk instead of regular milk.
