Ingredients

    30 oz. Mr. Dell's Shredded Hash Brown's
    12 oz. Lean Turkey Sausage
    1 diced onion12 oz mushrooms
    1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican
    1/2 Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheese
    6 eggs
    1.5 cups Egg Beaters)
    3/4 cup Rice Dream Rice Drink
    1 tsp. black pepper


Directions

1. Divide potatoes, ham, vegetables and cheese so you can create several layers of each in the crock pot or rectangular cake pan.
2. Start with the hash browns, then ham, onions, mushrooms, and lastly cheese.
3. Repeat until you have several layers of each.
4. Beat eggs, eggbeaters, milk, and pepper.
5. Pour this over the layers in the crock pot or rectangular cake pan .
6. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours overnight. OR bake in the oven for 1 hour
