Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Needs alot of doctoring: see VOKOLOV post . The addition of nutritional yeast makes it much cheesier.
I wonder if you could use greek yogurt instead of mayo to add more protein? Not a fan of the taste of mayo.
Disappointment, thy name be "OMG it's Tofu Queso." This was bland and lifeless. Only after adding 4 jalapeno peppers, 3 T. nutritional yeast, 2 t. Sriracha, 1/2 t. Tabasco sauce, 1/2 T. taco seasoning, 1 shallot, and 1/4 c. cherry tomatoes have I gotten to where I want this stuff anywhere near me.
I am totally going to try this. I plan to add some nutritional yeast (which tends to lend a cheesy flavor) and possibly some miso paste. Looks awesome - thanks for sharing, can't wait to try it!
