Dry, but added low sodium V8 juice, and extra spices. Easy, fast and good weeknight dinner!
My kids LOVED this recipe! It's so hard to find something they like that is health! I did add a little low fat sour cream just to add some moisture, but not a lot!
Better thAn I expected I wasn't so sure without there being cheese or a cream soup - made it with ground turkey and added about a tablespoon of lawreys season salt
This turned out way better than expected. I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder & salt seperately and added extra onion/chili powder, it turned out GREAT. I'll definitely make again!
I will try with ground turkey and mess with the spices so the sodium isn't through the roof.
I am going to give this a try but will substitue the Beef with Lean Ground Turkey. That should cut the fat and cals. down considerably. Thanks for the receipe.
I made this last night. I used 97% fat free ground white turkey breast, half creamed corn and half niblets. I also added black beans, and topped it off with light sour cream. It was great.
This is SO easy and we always have these ingredients on hand. I also added black beans and topped with a little reduced-fat feta cheese...yummy! You can add stuff to this recipe however you wish and it will still be great I think!
