I loved this! So easy to make - which is basically essential for me as I have no cooking skills! Also, as a college student, one pot recipes are much needed! - 4/17/09

I made this last night. I used 97% fat free ground white turkey breast, half creamed corn and half niblets. I also added black beans, and topped it off with light sour cream. It was great. - 2/20/09

Better thAn I expected I wasn't so sure without there being cheese or a cream soup - made it with ground turkey and added about a tablespoon of lawreys season salt - 4/23/10

This turned out way better than expected. I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder & salt seperately and added extra onion/chili powder, it turned out GREAT. I'll definitely make again! - 1/24/10
