Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is an awesome recipe just added ¼ cup more applesauce and ¼ cup less sugar. The muffins are moist and the taste is very good. I will be making this for the girls at work.
I made these tonight after I'd bought fat-free sour cream by mistake (eww!) but didn't want to throw it out - so glad I did! I added some linseed as well, very yummy, moist, not too sweet, even my husband AND my 14-month old enjoyed them! (I'm not sure why my photo has uploaded sideways, though?)
