Just a little something i whipped up.. Just a little something i whipped up..
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    *Rice, Uncle bens jasmin rice bag (2 serv), 2 serving
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large Mushrooms, fresh, 227 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 4 piece, cooked
    pad thai sauce, 5 serving

Directions

heat up a skillet on high heat
julienne all vegetables and pork and place in hot skillet and cook 80% of way
add pad thai sauce
cook another 5 mins on medium heat
heat up rice as per instructions
scoop 1 cup rice in bowl, add 2 cups stirfry mixture
eat :)

    Phad Thai is made with noodles, not with rice. The real deal has as many calories as this does...I'd go with the original dish. - 6/10/10

    seems like a not that healthy alternative to the real stuff. Those premade sauces get you every time. Pad thai for me is all about the noodles not rice. - 5/16/10
