Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    *Chick Peas, 2 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    Beans, black, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added,
    2 large cans -drained
    *Garlic Minced, 4 tsp
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    **McCormick ground cumin, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp

Directions

chop the onion and veggies, and garlic if not using it from the jar. drain beans and tomatoes. Add everything to the crockpot with meat and spices. Set on high for at least 3 hours or on low for up to 8.

The measurments for the spices are estimations. usually I just do what looks right and what tastes good !

    Delicious, filling, and easy to make. I browned the turkey and onion in dutch oven, added other ingredients, and put into crock pot. Cooked 1 hr on HI and 2 hrs on LOW. Will definitely make again. - 6/12/10
