Introduction

This is a wonderful alternative to chili with the added veges it soups it up. Place over Pasta for the kids and sprinkle with cheese. My kids ate the last drop. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground Turkey
    1/2 lb ground Chuck
    1 large can of Red Kidney beans
    1 large can of diced tomatos
    1 sm. can of tomato sauce
    1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
    1/2 cup of diced onions
    1 cup sliced summer squash
    (optional
    cooked pasta
    cheddar cheese

Directions

brown the ground turkey and beef. Drain and rinse. Saute onions and bell pepper. Place all ingrediants in to a crock pot or large pan on stove. Cook 2-3 hours on low.
(optional)
Great idea for the kids, place a spoon full over pasta and sprinkle chees on top.
