Excellent. I did 1/2 of the recipe w. cheese and 1/2 w.o. I was prepared to add cheese later if it didn't turn out well without my deletion. But, honestly, I liked this recipe best without cheese. The tortillas were enough to add interest! The peppers/onions piled high made the chicken incredible. - 4/25/10

I like them, but they leaked while baking and all stuck to the foil (I line my baking pans with foil) and were very hard to remove without tearing the tortilla apart - would use a non-stick spray next time. My husband didn't care for them though. - 10/28/08

Made this today. I added cilantro to the vegetables and a little jalepeno to the chicken. It was great! I'll definitely make this again. I have to work to get fresh vegetables into the hubby - the peppers and onions snuck right by him! - 8/5/08

Although I didn't follow the recipe exactly because I wanted to use what I had on hand, I think it was close enough to say that I would make it again. To me, practically anything tastes great in a tortilla! - 5/8/15

This was a very easy recipe and very tastey!! I reccomend this to everyone! Plus my husband loved it! We both agreed it tast like chicken fajitas. Only variation I did was I aded a small amount of cooking sherry to the chicken before I added the peppers and onions. - 2/1/11

This was very very easy to make and delicious! Didn't use onion, used mushroom instead (don't like onion), but still good. Also, I think you could make lots of variations (use turkey or beef, change the veggies, etc). - 10/16/09

This was DELICIOUS. My mother and I both loved it. I accidentally forgot the onion, but added mushroom. Used a variety of spices. Used a tbsp of sour cream and salsa on top. It was awesome. :) lol - 1/11/09

It was alot tastier than the recipe sounded. I like my food a little spicier, so I topped with salsa instead of sour cream. - 10/27/08

I threw in some Epicure Sovalaki seasons when browing the chicken, then I put the cheese right on the tortillas so I knew how much was in each one (less for me, more for the hubby). I threw the toms. on top as I'm not a fan of cooked tomatos. My husbands response "now these you can make any night!" - 10/17/08

My family loves to eat tacos and burritos and this sounds like a great family meal. I'd like to make it later this week. Thanks for sharing! - 8/5/08

GREAT!!! I added lots more veges - zucchinni, yellow crookneck squash, and a layer of salsa on top just under the top cheese. I used ff plain yogurt because I hate the way ff sour cream tastes! :-) - 8/5/08

I'd replace the sour cream with fat free greek yogurt. Otherwise sounds pretty tasty! - 8/5/08

Sounds good - have to leave out the peppers, onions and NO sour cream (Ucky!) My hubby would absolutely love this, though he would probably add some hot sauce to his serving. Been looking for something new for dinner. Thanks for sharing! - 8/5/08

Both hubby and I liked this. But next time I won't use as much bell pepper. Neither hubby or I are big pepper fans. - 7/13/08

Loved it! Made some minor changes, like my homeade salsa instead of just tomatoes and added some southwest seasoning to the chicken and a splash of lime. - 7/17/07

Made this for hubby and I and we both loved these. I used wisconsin cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella and I topped them with cheddar cheese too after they were done. Used Corn Tortillas as its all I had and used 2 toothpicks to close each one. ..YUMMY - 4/29/07

I also melted the cheese on top, and substituted reduced fat taco cheese for the mozzarella. Great recipe! - 3/14/07

I have made this a couple of times. It was really good but I found it did better to layer the cheese instead of mixing it in with the other ingredients - 3/13/07
