Black Eye pea Soup
I pressure cook beans covered in water for 5 min. Saute vegetables with seasonings and ham. Mix with beans. Add chicken broth and tomatoes. pressure cook for 15 min. No pressure cooker? use the crock pot and 2 cans of peas. Basically the bean and bacon type soup.
