I dropped a few fresh raspberries into the pancakes baas they cooked and added a spoonfull on top when done. Very good! - 3/25/12

These are light and fluffy inside but a little tough on the outside. I melted 1 tbls preserves with 1 1/2 tbls of maple syrup. Delish, but still a little on the dry side for the size of the pancakes. My son enjoyed them with syrup and 2 veggie sausages-that would have been my preferred choice, too") - 11/6/11

    Incredible!
This was REALLY good. Second helping didn't even need extra syrup! The added vanilla surprisingly made a HUGE difference in how they tasted. We always love our pancakes ... just a lot more with vanilla! - 7/30/07
