Ingredients

    Blueberries, fresh, 1/2 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 1/2 cup, halves
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3.5 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Cantaloupe, 1/2 cup, diced
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Put yogurt, fruit, milk in freezer just for like 20 min to get cold. Then in blender put everything and blend for at least 4min continuasly to get the texture. Then put in a container and freeze for 50 min or more. Toppings: whipped cream, cherries, nuts, granola, ect... eat however u like it enjoy ;)

    @Mizzbee61 -- no, that means 1 cup of plain skim milk yogurt. That is just how SP's Food Tracker shows all items: the most general term first, followed by more specific descriptors and the quantity last. For example: " Food Tracker shows a scrambled egg as "Egg, scrambled, with butter, 1 large." - 5/20/15
