Ingredients

3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 milk (Silk in calorie count)
1/2 tsp low sodium salt
1/4 cup egg product
2 TBSP light margarine substitute
1 can 14 ounce of sliced peaches in lite syrup
1/4 cup of the peach juice
1 eight ounce pack of neufchatel cheese
1/2 cup Splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cooking spray on 8x8 inch pan. Beat together first 6 ingredients. Pour mixture into pan.
Place peach slices on top of cake mixture.
Beat together cream cheese, peach ice, and Splenda. Spread on top of mixture about 1 inch from sides. Mix together 1 TBSP Splenda and 1 TBSP cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
