Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 pound chicken
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 cup brown sugar packed
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
place chicken breast in a 13x9 inch pan
brush chicken with the butter
sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
bake for 30 mins
While it's baking mix the remaining ingrediants in a bowl
after 30 take out chicken pour the pineapple mixture over the chicken and put back in the over for another 30 minutes.

Serve over rice: Makes 5 servings

    This was wonderful!! I actually pan-fried the chicken first before baking with the other ingredients and did include onion, hot pepper flakes ... and used fresh pineapple instead of canned. I will definately make this again :-) Thank YOU !! - 4/26/13

    Really good recipe. Doubled soy, added red bell peppers and thinly sliced onions. I grilled chicken 2-3min each side, then in oven per directions. - 12/1/12

    I love the flavors, but I thought the sauce was a lot for the amount of chicken. Also, if you look at the breakdown, I think the values may have been entered incorrectly. I cut the sauce in half and eat a whole 1/2 breast of chicken. - 2/16/10

    Easy recipe and tasted good. Recipe calls for butter and none called for in ingredients?? I just used PAM in the bottom of the pan and a slight amount on the meat itself. Are you sure the protein shouldn't be 37 grams per serving rather than 3.7? Both my kids ate their entire piece of chicken! - 1/10/10
