sounds good but if you want to make this dish even less caloric instead of using sour cream try using plain fat free yogurt its a great substitute for sour cream in alot of recipes - 5/9/08

This is a fantastic idea, adjusted curry to taste and added dill and a clove of garlic. Also used mostly low fat plain yogurt as that is what I had on hand. It is also yummy with different veggies, grated carrot, red peppers, etc. Super easy as well, great for leftover chicken/turkey! - 1/8/08

I subbed 1 tspn yellow curry, 1/4 sweet red pepper and some jicama (sweet and crunchy) cut into small pieces, and a few golden raisins. I browned the chicken with a little chopped onion, stirred in the curry and fat free sour cream til warmed, and then the veggies. Wrapped in the warmed tortilla. - 10/21/09

Very nice handy, quick and yummy recipe, so simple, and all the different ideas really help, throw in what you fancy and you've made it you own! I will definitely making this again (and again and again)
Don't understand why the curry haters are trying it then reviewing it bad! Obvious?

Make fresh crepes and use in place of higher fat tortillas.
Also the suggestions for augmenting the fillings were great.
More cumin, and harissa gives a great depth to the spice taste.

I have recently become a fan of pre-steaming chicken and keeping it in the frig for many recipes. It will work very nicely in this recipe and save time. If the chicken is already cool it will pack in lunch boxes more safely. - 3/30/10

I agree with Lesley BB, and Greek yogurt works even better since it is thicker than regular and gives a creamier texture. I would also add turmeric to this recipe--Ir is one of the best anticancer foods known to man and goes great with curry. - 5/29/10
