    Incredible!
Excellent! Did only use 1 tsp. of the cayenne pepper -- that was enough heat for my DH and I. Delicious! - 8/22/20

    O.K.
My husband and I love spicy food but I will have to make an adjustment to it. We were coughing all night because of how it lingered through the house. Couldn't even finish the pieces of chicken. Next time, only 1/4 of cayenne will be added. I think it will be a perfect blend then. - 3/23/16

    Very Good
My husband made this for me tonight. We skipped out on the white pepper (didn't have any) and instead of cayenne he used "cajun seasoning". It was delicious, and the perfect level of spicy! - 2/21/13

    O.K.
I don't think I'll be making this one again.. My husband & I love spicy food.. this way beyond spicy! I don't know what it was.. Neither of us could even finish our serving. It smelled great while cooking, very easy to make.. Maybe I'd try it again with less cayenne pepper! - 10/1/09

    Incredible!
I loved thisd reciepe. I usedc it to make blackened talapia. I didn't have the cayenne pepper, so it was really more of an herb crusted blackened talapia rather than cajun. Still extremely good!! - 4/18/09
