Ingredients

8 slices whole wheat bread
3/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1 package sugar-free, low fat vanilla or butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 small apple, chopped
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup light whipped butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp Splenda
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Break bread into pieces and put into small crock pot.
In a small bowl, mix milk and pudding mix. Pour over bread.
Combine remaining ingredients and stir into bread mixture.
Set Crockpot or slow cooker to "low" setting. Cook for 4-5 hours or until firm.

This tastes fine btu didn't stay together at all. This was alos my first experience with a bread maker so maybe mine was more sensitive but the bottom was burnt on. Also the pudding mixture didn't pour very easily. It would have been better to mix it all together first, then put the whole mixture in - 6/4/07
