Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 oz. Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1/2 c. Kraft Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese
    3/4 c. Milk, nonfat
    1/4 c. Light Margarine
    1/4 tsp. White Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    8 oz. Barilla Fettuccine

Directions

Cook fettuccine according to package directions while the sauce is cooking.

Mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper and garlic in a separate, medium sized saucepan. Cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.

Toss fettuccine with Alfredo sauce and serve.

Makes 4 servings of approximately 1 cup each.

    The cream cheese makes this so creamy and delicious! I love this recipe and don't feel so guilty eating it! I always add some chicken and make a nice meal out of it. Comfort food...mmmmm!!! - 1/15/09

    Un-friggin-belivable! It turned out sooooo good. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I will definitely make this many times over. Shrimp fettuccine alfredo is my favorite dish but way too many grams of fat. Nice to finally have a lowfat recipe I can make at home!!! - 1/20/10
